Process
Once a client has been referred to CRS we ensure that both the client and their referral source are informed throughout the entire credit removal process. Our process is quite simple, containing three key stages.
Stage 1
We can obtain a copy of the clients credit file however, alternatively, if this is already available we request you forward it to us at your earliest convenience.
Stage 2
As part of our initial free assessment we liaise with the client directly, analysing whether there are grounds for the removal of the negative entry (you will be surprised how often creditors make legislative & procedural errors)
Stage 3
We will start working on the matter and updating and the client throughout the process. On Completion, un updated credit report will be provided to you and your client to proceed with the loan application.
